Ostara & Spring Equinox 🌸🐇 Blooming Tea Party!
Rejoice in Ostara (the first day of spring) with an indoor garden party at The Ginkgo Hut tearoom. We have mindfully created this evening to be an immersion of the symbols of transformation, renewal, rebirth, and the reawakening of the earth. This is a communal dining event to celebrate unity, belonging, and joyful connection.
Featuring themed teas and treats! Enjoy the exquisite and delicious blooming flower tea (blooms before your eyes!) and iced Butterfly Pea flower tea (color-changing!) while dining on a selection of petite savory sandwiches, deviled eggs, fruit, and tasty spring inspired sweets.
Blooming Flower Tea: Blooming tea starts as a small bud but magically blooms before your eyes when hot water is poured into its clear teapot! We will deliver your tea bud to your table and then pour the hot water, so you can experience the slowly blossoming bouquet of beauty, aroma, and flavor.
Butterfly Pea Flower Tea: This sweet and naturally blue tea performs a cheerful show of color when a citrusy lemon is added to the brew. We serve this beautiful indigo-blue tea iced with a wedge of lemon so you can view the pH reaction to citrus that changes your tea from blue to purple, pink, or even green.
