We are thrilled to be at the heart of Johnson County, Missouri in historic Downtown Warrensburg. This has always been home to Becky and Tony. It is our passion and pleasure to educate our community about alternative methods to mental and physical wellness, and provide answers to those who are seeking new resources and tools for self-care, connection, and comfort. We have the joy of serving some of the best customers around who have helped make Tranquility Shop a safe place to cultivate knowledge, peace, and friendship.

We believe that healing of any kind involves mind, body, and soul. Each of these parts is intimately connected. Traditional methods and medicines typically treat only symptoms, while alternative holistic methods tap into personal and universal wisdom (Source, God, Love, Universe, Spirit, etc.) to deeply heal the whole person. We are here to support you on your unique path to wellness and personal growth by providing products, services, information, and guidance.
Environmentally conscious.
Taking care of Mother Earth is an important part of our daily business practice. We have replaced toxic chemical cleaners for earth-friendly ones. We choose products to sell that are all natural; good for your body and our earth. We reuse or recycle the packaging that comes with every shipment. When selecting product for the shop, we look for and choose suppliers who source goods and services that have been produced sustainably and don’t require excessive packaging.

What our ginkgo logo means.
Logo designed by Jessica Axton, Becky’s daughter
A large, beautiful ginkgo tree was in the backyard of Becky’s childhood home. Every summer under the bright green foliage, Becky celebrated her birthday, and each fall under the glowing yellow canopy she helped her dad make apple cider.
Many seasons later, Becky was looking for an inspirational symbol for Tranquility Shop. She knew she wanted something that represented the principles of the shop, but that also contained a piece of her heart. The ginkgo tree was the perfect choice! The ginkgo stands for strength and longevity, hope and peace, and unity of opposites (balance of yin and yang). The green leaf of summer, and the yellow leaf of fall represent the many seasons of life.
Tranquility Shop hopes to offer comfort, support, inspiration, and tools to help you cultivate your own sense of strength, peace, and balance through the changing seasons of your life.
